A non-traditional Cream Ale using Pilsen, Extra Pale malts and roasted corn chips. Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Hallertau Blanc are used as hops.
Höbring
MEXICAN PALE LAGER 5,7% vol, IBU 14

Brewing Höbring started with our dear friends who claimed that they don't drink craft beer and that craft beer is always too hoppy (for them). Höbring consists of organic Pilsen malt and Pale Ale malt and 50% roasted corn chips, fermented with lager type yeast. The hops used are Motueka! Aged for 45 days at 0 degrees!
Spithamn
AMERICAN IPA 6,8% vol, IBU 48

Spithamn is our first IPA and also our first American style IPA. It is rather a traditional American IPA. Spithamn is brewed with Pale Ale, Pilsen, Extra Pale and Cara Clair malts, and we have used Tomahawk, Amarillo and Mosaic hops.
Bergsby
KELLERPILS/LAGER 6,0% vol, IBU 26
FG 1.008 OG 1.054 EBC 6.5
Enjoy at a temperature of 3-7 °C.
Bergsby is our first lager type beer, pleasantly smooth and cooling. Rather modest in terms of hops. Bergsby is brewed with Pilsen 2-row malt in addition to Cara Clair and hopped with Hallertau, dry-hopped with Saaz. Aged for 45 days at 0 degrees.
Roslep
AMERICAN PALE ALE 6,5% vol, IBU 36
FG 1.010 OG 1.059 EBC 16

The first brew was in 2018, and we adjusted the flavors in 2021. Roslep is brewed with Pale Ale, Vienna, Crystal and wheat malt, Cascade is used as hops.
Gambyn
BROWN PORTER 6,7% vol, IBU 31
FG 1.014 OG 1.066 EBC 58

An unconventional Porter that uses Amsterdam Candy sugars. The original recipe from which the inspiration was drawn and our Gambyn ready-brewed comes from 1910 and Ireland.
Contains 7 different malts, among them Roasted Barley, Chocolate Wheat, Cara Ruby.
